1. Treatment Guarantee: Anyone treated for live lice is covered. If live lice appear on a treated person within 60 days, we will re-treat that individual once at no additional cost. This re-treatment ensures that any lice that may have been missed during the initial visit are eliminated.

2. Optional Rechecks: Household members who were checked but did not have lice during the initial visit may choose a follow-up check at half-price for peace of mind.

3. Inclusive Coverage: If your family spans multiple households, all members in all homes must be checked and treated within 24 hours of each other to qualify for the guarantee. This ensures lice cannot be passed between homes and maximizes the effectiveness of treatment.

4. Practical Guidance for Effectiveness: To help the guarantee work as intended, we recommend keeping any oil treatment in the hair until all household members have been checked or treated and all routine household cleaning and laundry have been completed.

5. Limitations:

• The guarantee applies only to the first recurrence within the treated household or households. Each treated individual is eligible for one re-treatment if live lice are detected within 60 days.

• Lice reintroduced from outside contacts, such as schoolmates, friends, or relatives, are not covered under this guarantee.

• All household members or all members in split households must be seen within 24 hours.

• Follow-up visits must be scheduled promptly if live lice are detected.
